1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and used by websites or services. Session storage is separate browser storage associated with a tab. This website uses these technologies for restricted account sessions, estimate continuity, and production website analytics.
This page describes the current website integration. The public website does not provide a separate analytics-consent preference switch; use the controls described below to manage analytics and stored data.
2. What is used
| Name or type | Purpose | Duration / scope |
|---|---|---|
| topline_dispatch / topline_driver | Signed sessions for authorized dispatcher or driver access. These cookies are HttpOnly and use SameSite=Strict; production uses Secure cookies. | Up to 8 hours. Created when an authorized user signs in. |
| topline-quote-us-v2 | Session storage for the calculator estimate, including entered route, vehicle, options, and notes. | Browser tab session; browser session restoration may preserve it. |
| _ga / _ga_… | Google Analytics cookies used for visit measurement and distinguishing browser visits. | Google documents a default two-year lifetime; actual lifetime can depend on browser behavior and service settings. |
The calculator’s session storage is not an analytics cookie and is not sent as a quote request simply by calculating an estimate.
3. Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs on public pages at the production website origin. The site’s page-view integration sends page addresses without query strings or fragments, excludes restricted driver and dispatcher pages, and disables Google Signals and advertising personalization signals.
Google’s service can process browser, device, and visit information according to its own terms. See Google’s partner-site information and Google’s cookie explanation.
4. How to manage your choices
Your browser settings can block or delete cookies and remove site storage. Browser controls and blocking tools may affect analytics; blocking account cookies prevents restricted sign-in from working.
Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. It is managed by Google and is separate from this website.
Clearing browser storage removes local calculator data but does not withdraw an inquiry that has already been emailed or delete a file you downloaded. Contact the team separately about submitted information.
5. Questions and updates
Use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy or website-policy request. Include enough information to identify the inquiry concerned, but do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents through the public form.
For more about submitted information, see our Privacy Policy. This inventory will be updated if the website’s storage or analytics integration changes.
