1. Website information and services
These terms describe use of the TOPLINE SERVICE website and its information tools. The website provides information about U.S. auto transport, route planning, and requesting a personal proposal.
A submitted inquiry, calculator result, or visit to a route page does not create a confirmed transport booking. Review and accept the actual shipment proposal and agreement before transport is arranged. The shipment agreement sets the applicable service and payment terms.
2. Illustrative estimates and route guides
The calculator uses demonstration rates and produces an illustrative range in U.S. dollars. It does not confirm a final price, carrier, insurance coverage, equipment assignment, or pickup or delivery date.
Route mileage and road corridors are approximate planning examples. Actual routing, service availability, address access, and timing depend on the specific shipment. Alaska and Hawaii require separate assessment and are not priced as ordinary road-only shipments.
Read the car shipping cost guide and request a personal quote to confirm your requirements.
3. Accurate vehicle and contact information
Provide accurate pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, operating condition, dimensions or modifications, and contact information. Tell the team about low clearance, unreliable brakes or steering, non-running condition, and unusual loading needs before booking.
Submit information you are authorized to share and arrange an authorized contact for each handoff. Discuss corrections or changes with the team before the vehicle is collected.
4. Quotes, payment, and changes
Confirm the final price, included services, payment method and schedule, pickup and transit windows, carrier coverage details, and arrangements for changes or cancellations in the actual proposal. This website does not collect transport payments.
No fixed cancellation fee, refund promise, insurance limit, or delivery guarantee is established by these website terms. The applicable arrangement must be set out in the shipment agreement.
5. Inquiry delivery and communication
The forms request permission to contact you about your shipment inquiry. Where email delivery is connected, a successful form response means the email service accepted the request; it does not guarantee that a team member has reviewed it or that a booking is confirmed.
If a request reports an error, keep a copy and contact the team. Downloading an inquiry saves a local copy and does not submit it.
See the Privacy Policy for how inquiry information is handled.
6. Acceptable use and restricted workspaces
Do not misuse the website, submit deceptive inquiries, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape private account information, or use the forms to send unlawful or abusive material.
Driver and dispatcher workspaces are for authorized users. Keep credentials private and tell the administrator if access should be revoked. Planning diagrams and load estimates are aids; they do not replace verified equipment ratings, measurements, or professional loading decisions.
7. Website content and external resources
Website copy, graphics, and branding are provided for reviewing services and planning an inquiry. Do not present the company’s branding as your own or reproduce material in a way that implies an unauthorized affiliation.
Service and route imagery may be illustrative and is not proof of a completed shipment or a particular equipment assignment. External resources, including carrier lookup tools, have their own terms and policies.
8. Questions and updates
Information and website tools can change. Check the current proposal for shipment-specific commitments and the date above for this website document.
