Remove personal belongings and loose items, share any special starting instructions, and discuss alarms with the carrier. Confirm the fuel level, keys, and pickup paperwork before the truck arrives.

Loading suitability is reviewed before booking. Share the minimum ground clearance in inches, overall dimensions, overhangs, and any adjustable suspension. The loading method and equipment must be confirmed for your specific vehicle.

Enclosed transport shields the vehicle from weather and road debris and provides additional privacy. Open transport is usually more economical. The specific trailer and handling arrangements are confirmed before booking.

Timing depends on distance, carrier availability, pickup windows, weather, road conditions, and access at each address. An estimated delivery window is agreed before booking, with updates if the schedule changes.

Confirm the vehicle details, pickup and delivery contacts, and who is authorized to hand over and receive the car. Ask the assigned carrier for its specific paperwork requirements before pickup. Review the vehicle condition record at both ends of the trip.

The demonstration estimate does not confirm insurance coverage. Ask for the assigned carrier’s coverage details, limits, exclusions, and any additional cost before booking. No coverage amount is promised on this site.

Payment terms are set out in the confirmed proposal and agreement. This calculator provides an illustrative price range only and does not collect payment.

Inspect the body, glass, and wheels, compare the condition with the pickup record, and check the keys and any agreed items. Record any differences before signing the delivery paperwork.

Price depends on exact pickup and delivery locations, road mileage, vehicle size and condition, open or enclosed equipment, pickup flexibility, and available carrier space. The calculator uses illustrative rates. Request a personal proposal to confirm the total price and included services.

Remove personal belongings and loose items before pickup. Ask the assigned carrier about its policy before leaving anything inside the vehicle; do not assume personal cargo is accepted or covered.
